Composition:\
Olmesartan 40 mg \+ Amlodipine 5 mg \+ Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) when treatment with multiple medicines is needed. It helps relax blood vessels and remove excess salt and water from the body, thereby lowering blood pressure.

How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably at the same time each day. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, heart disease, low blood pressure, gout, diabetes, or electrolyte abnormalities. This medicine may cause dizziness, dehydration, or changes in blood potassium and sodium levels. Your doctor may monitor your blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolyte levels during treatment.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include dizziness, headache, tiredness, ankle or leg swelling, increased urination, nausea, and changes in electrolyte levels. Seek medical attention for severe dizziness or fainting, severe weakness, irregular heartbeat, significant swelling, or signs of a serious allergic reaction.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
Do not use this medicine during pregnancy. If you become pregnant while taking it, contact your doctor immediately. Consult your doctor before using this medicine while breastfeeding.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Take this medicine regularly as prescribed and monitor your blood pressure as advised. Hydrochlorothiazide may increase sensitivity to sunlight and may affect blood sugar and uric acid levels. Avoid potassium supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes unless recommended by your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take a double dose.
