Composition:\
Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It helps relax blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily and lowering blood pressure.

How to Use:\
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow it whole with water. Take it at the same time each day. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor, even if you feel well.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, heart disease, dehydration, or high potassium levels. Inform your doctor if you are taking potassium supplements, potassium-containing salt substitutes, or medicines that may increase potassium levels. Olmesartan can cause dizziness, particularly when starting treatment or if you are dehydrated. Seek medical attention if you develop severe or persistent diarrhoea with significant weight loss.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include dizziness, headache, weakness, nausea, and diarrhoea. Seek immediate medical attention for severe dizziness or fainting, swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing, or signs of a serious allergic reaction.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
Olmesartan should not be used during pregnancy, particularly after the first trimester, because it can harm the developing baby. If you become pregnant while taking it, contact your doctor immediately. Consult your doctor before using olmesartan while breastfeeding.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Take olmesartan regularly as prescribed and monitor your blood pressure as advised. Do not use potassium supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes unless recommended by your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take a double dose.
