What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve neuropathic pain (nerve pain), such as burning, tingling, shooting or electric-shock-like pain caused by nerve damage.

How does it work?
Pregabalin and nortriptyline reduce abnormal pain signals from the nerves. Methylcobalamin, a form of vitamin B12, helps support normal nerve function.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Do not change the dose or stop treatment suddenly, as this may cause problems. It may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until its effects are known.

Common side effects
Dizziness, drowsiness, sleepiness, dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, swelling of the hands or feet, increased appetite or weight gain, and tiredness.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol because it can increase drowsiness. Tell the doctor about kidney disease, heart problems or abnormal heart rhythm, glaucoma, difficulty passing urine, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Use caution when driving. Seek medical help for severe allergic swelling, fainting, unusual heartbeat, or new or worsening suicidal thoughts. Do not stop it suddenly without medical advice.
