What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body aches, muscle or joint pain, toothache and other painful conditions.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist, and do not take more or for longer than recommended. It is generally taken after food. Do not use it with other medicines containing paracetamol, nimesulide or similar painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache.

Precautions
Use only under medical advice if there is liver or kidney disease, stomach ulcer or bleeding, heart problems, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid alcohol. Do not use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless prescribed. Stop taking it and seek medical help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach pain, vomiting blood, black stools, breathing difficulty or a serious skin rash.
