What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body aches, muscle or joint pain, dental pain and painful inflammatory conditions.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Swallow with water, preferably after food. Do not take more than prescribed or use it for longer than advised. Do not combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or with other painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine. Tell a healthcare professional if there is liver disease, kidney disease, stomach ulcer or bleeding, heart disease, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, unless specifically advised. Stop taking it and seek medical help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty, or signs of stomach bleeding.
