Nimsfen Plus (20x10) Nimesulide 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg by Csc

What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body aches, muscle or joint pain, and other painful conditions when prescribed.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or as stated on the label. It is generally best taken with or after food. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or other painkillers unless advised by a doctor. Do not use it for longer than recommended.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhoea, dizziness or skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is liver disease, severe kidney disease, stomach ulcer or bleeding, or an allergy to its ingredients, unless specifically prescribed. Avoid alcohol. Seek medical advice for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual bleeding, severe stomach pain or a serious skin rash. Do not use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, or in children unless prescribed. Check with a doctor before use if taking blood thinners or other pain medicines.
