Nimsfen P (20x15) Nimesulide 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg (Bilayered) by Csc

What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body aches, muscle or joint pain, dental pain and painful injuries, when prescribed by a healthcare professional.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed. Swallow the bilayered tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food if advised. Do not take more than the prescribed amount or use it for longer than recommended.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain or indigestion, diarrhoea, and dizziness may occur.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol and do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or other painkillers unless advised. Tell the doctor if there is liver or kidney disease, stomach ulcer or bleeding, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to painkillers. Seek medical help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty, or unusual bleeding. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only on medical advice.
