What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body aches, muscle or joint pain, and other painful conditions when prescribed by a doctor.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor. Take it with or after food and swallow with water. Do not take more than prescribed or use it for longer than advised. Do not combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or nimesulide unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache. Liver enzyme changes may also occur.

Precautions
Use only under medical advice. Avoid it if there is liver disease, a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, or severe kidney disease unless specifically approved by a doctor. Avoid alcohol. Inform the doctor about other medicines being taken, especially painkillers or medicines containing paracetamol. Stop and seek medical help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach pain, unusual bleeding, rash or breathing difficulty.
