What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body aches and other painful conditions. Use only as directed by a doctor.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only in the dose and for the duration prescribed. Taking it after food may help reduce stomach upset. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or nimesulide unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is liver disease, severe kidney disease, stomach ulcer or bleeding, or an allergy to painkillers unless specifically advised by a doctor. Avoid alcohol. Do not exceed the prescribed dose because paracetamol and nimesulide can cause serious liver damage in excess. Consult a doctor during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, or while breastfeeding. Stop use and seek medical help if yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach pain, unusual bleeding or an allergic reaction occurs.
