What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body aches, muscle or joint pain, and other painful conditions. Use only when recommended by a healthcare professional.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed, preferably after food, with water. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol, nimesulide or other painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhoea, dizziness or skin rash. Stop use and seek medical help if yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe rash or unusual bleeding occurs.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is liver disease, severe kidney disease, stomach ulcer or bleeding, or an allergy to its ingredients, unless specifically advised by a doctor. Avoid alcohol because of the risk of liver damage. Inform the doctor about pregnancy, breastfeeding, or other medicines being used. Do not combine with other paracetamol-containing products or painkillers without medical advice.
