Composition:\
Nitroglycerin 2.6 mg.
Uses:\
Used to prevent and relieve angina (chest pain or discomfort caused by reduced blood flow to the heart). It works by relaxing and widening blood vessels, helping increase blood flow to the heart.
How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet with water if it is an oral tablet, and follow the product-specific instructions carefully. Do not change the dose or frequency without medical advice. If you experience chest pain that is severe, new, worsening, or does not improve as directed, seek emergency medical attention.
Precautions & Warnings:\
May cause headache, dizziness, or a fall in blood pressure, especially when starting treatment. Rise slowly from sitting or lying down. Tell your doctor if you have low blood pressure, anaemia, glaucoma, or other heart conditions. Do not use with medicines for erectile dysfunction such as sildenafil, tadalafil, or vardenafil, or with riociguat, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include headache, dizziness, light-headedness, flushing, nausea, and low blood pressure. Seek immediate medical attention for fainting, severe or persistent chest pain, or a significant drop in blood pressure.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking nitroglycerin.
Storage:\
Store according to the product label, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Keep the medicine in its original container and tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
Important Safety Information:\
Nitroglycerin is prescribed for specific heart conditions and should be used exactly as directed. Do not stop regular treatment without consulting your doctor. Avoid alcohol if it increases dizziness or low blood pressure. If you develop sudden or severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, sweating, or fainting, seek emergency medical care.
