Nicoflox O Tablets (60x20x10's) Ofloxacin 200 mg, Ornidazole 500 mg Tab by Abbott

What is it used for?
Used to treat certain bacterial and protozoal infections, including some gastrointestinal infections, when prescribed by a doctor.

How does it work?
Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that stops susceptible bacteria from multiplying. Ornidazole acts against certain protozoa and anaerobic bacteria.

How to take/use it
Take exactly as prescribed and complete the prescribed course. Do not stop treatment early without medical advice.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea, headache and dizziness.

Precautions
Use only under medical supervision. Inform the doctor about other medicines, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any history of seizures, tendon problems or heart rhythm disorders. Avoid alcohol during treatment with ornidazole and for at least 3 days after the last dose.
