Composition:\
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg \+ Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg.

Uses:\
Used for temporary relief of dry cough and allergy-related symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and watery or itchy eyes associated with the common cold or allergies.

How to Use:\
Take the medicine exactly as directed by your doctor or according to the product label. It may be taken with or without food. Measure liquid formulations accurately if applicable. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precautions & Warnings:\
May cause drowsiness, dizziness, or reduced alertness. Avoid driving, operating machinery, and consuming alcohol until you know how the medicine affects you.
