Nanofen (20x10) Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg by Csc

What is it used for?
Used to relieve pain, swelling and inflammation associated with muscle, joint and other musculoskeletal conditions, including arthritis. It may also help reduce fever.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever through a different action.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor, preferably with or after food. Swallow with water. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or other painkillers such as NSAIDs unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to NSAIDs. Avoid excessive alcohol, as it may increase the risk of liver damage and stomach problems. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty or yellowing of the skin or eyes. Avoid use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless specifically prescribed.
