What is it used for?
Used to relieve cough with mucus and breathing difficulty or wheezing associated with narrowed airways. It helps loosen and clear phlegm while relaxing the airway muscles.

How does it work?
Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles of the airways to improve breathing. Ambroxol thins mucus, and guaiphenesin helps loosen and remove phlegm.

How to take/use it
Take or use only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Follow the prescribed amount and do not exceed it. If it is a liquid, measure it with the provided measuring device rather than a household spoon.

Common side effects
Trembling, headache, nervousness, fast heartbeat or palpitations, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, and stomach discomfort.

Precautions
Use cautiously in people with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, or a history of seizures. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek medical help if breathing difficulty worsens, severe palpitations occur, or a rash, swelling, or other signs of allergy develop.
