What is it used for?
This medicine is used for symptomatic relief of cough with phlegm and associated wheezing or breathing difficulty caused by narrowed airways. It helps loosen mucus and makes it easier to clear from the airways.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaiphenesin thin and loosen mucus, while levosalbutamol helps relax and open the airways. Menthol may provide a soothing effect in the throat and airways.

How to take/use it
Use exactly as directed on the label or by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take more than recommended or use it for longer than advised. If symptoms do not improve or breathing difficulty worsens, seek medical advice.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach upset, headache, shakiness, nervousness, palpitations or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor before use if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, seizures, or low potassium. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only on medical advice. Stop use and seek urgent help for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, or signs of an allergic reaction.
