What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve cough with mucus, especially when it is associated with wheezing or narrowed airways in respiratory conditions. It helps loosen and clear phlegm and makes breathing easier.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaiphenesin help thin and loosen mucus so it can be cleared more easily. Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles around the airways, helping to relieve bronchospasm and wheezing.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by the doctor or according to the product label. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised. Do not combine it with other cough, cold or bronchodilator medicines unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, tremor, muscle cramps or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Use with medical advice if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, seizures or a history of sensitivity to bronchodilators. Seek medical help for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, or worsening symptoms. Consult a doctor if the cough persists or is accompanied by high fever or blood in the mucus.
