What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of cough with mucus, blocked nose, runny nose and sneezing associated with common cold or allergy-related upper respiratory symptoms.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaiphenesin help loosen and clear mucus. Phenylephrine reduces nasal swelling, while cetirizine reduces allergy symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or according to the package instructions. Do not take more than the recommended amount or combine it with other cold, cough, antihistamine or decongestant medicines unless advised. If it is a liquid, measure each dose with a proper measuring device.

Common side effects
Sleepiness, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, nausea, stomach upset, restlessness or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
May cause drowsiness; avoid alcohol and take care when driving or operating machinery. Seek medical advice before use if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease, diabetes or difficulty passing urine. Do not use with MAO inhibitor medicines or other decongestants unless advised by a doctor. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children.
