What is it used for?
This combination is commonly used as a nutritional supplement for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and related hormonal or metabolic imbalance. It also provides folate and vitamin D when supplementation is advised.

How does it work?
Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol support cell signalling and insulin metabolism. L-methylfolate supports normal cell division and blood formation, while vitamin D supports calcium absorption and bone health.
