Minific P (20x10) Paracetamol 325mg + Mefenamic acid 500mg by Csc

What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain and fever. It may help with pain where inflammation is also present, but it should be used only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.

How does it work?
Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever. Mefenamic acid is an anti-inflammatory painkiller that reduces substances involved in pain, swelling and inflammation.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed or as directed on the label, with water and preferably after food. Do not take more than the recommended amount, use it for longer than advised, or take other medicines containing paracetamol or mefenamic acid/NSAIDs unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, vomiting, dizziness and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine or seek medical advice before use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, asthma or allergy triggered by painkillers, or use of blood thinners. Avoid alcohol. Do not use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, unless specifically prescribed. Stop and seek urgent medical help for breathing difficulty, facial swelling, severe skin rash, vomiting blood or black stools.
