Minific D (20x10) Drotaverine HCL 80mg + Mefenamic Acid 250mg by Csc

What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of painful cramps and spasmodic pain, especially menstrual cramps. It may also be prescribed for cramp-like abdominal pain.

How does it work?
Drotaverine relaxes spasming muscles in the abdomen and uterus. Mefenamic acid reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Swallow with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, headache, or skin rash.

Precautions
Avoid if there is an allergy to mefenamic acid, drotaverine, aspirin, or other painkillers. Tell the doctor about stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart problems, asthma triggered by painkillers, or low blood pressure. Avoid combining it with other NSAID painkillers unless advised. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, or swelling. It should generally be avoided in the last 3 months of pregnancy unless specifically prescribed.
