What is it used for?
Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 used to prevent or treat vitamin B12 deficiency. It may help manage deficiency-related megaloblastic anaemia and nerve problems.

How does it work?
It replaces vitamin B12 needed for healthy red blood cell formation and normal nerve function.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. The dose and duration depend on the severity and cause of vitamin B12 deficiency. Do not take more than recommended.

Common side effects
Nausea, diarrhoea, headache, or skin rash may occur.

Precautions
