What is it used for?
Methylprednisolone is a corticosteroid used to reduce inflammation and overactive immune responses in conditions such as severe allergies, asthma, inflammatory disorders and some autoimmune conditions. The exact use depends on the condition being treated.

How does it work?
It reduces the activity of substances and immune reactions that cause inflammation, swelling, redness and allergic symptoms.

How to take/use it

Precautions

Corticosteroids can reduce the body's ability to fight infections and may mask infection symptoms. Avoid live vaccines unless advised by a doctor.
