What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling, such as pain affecting muscles, joints or after minor injuries or procedures.

How does it work?
Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever. Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce inflammatory swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or diclofenac unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache. Allergic reactions may occur rarely.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine or seek medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or asthma triggered by painkillers. Tell the doctor if taking blood thinners or other painkillers. Avoid during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless specifically prescribed. Stop and seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a serious skin rash.
