What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle, joint and arthritis-related conditions.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it. Taking it after food may help reduce stomach irritation. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is an allergy to aceclofenac, paracetamol, other painkillers or NSAIDs. Tell the doctor about stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or pregnancy—especially the last three months. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol or NSAIDs unless advised by a doctor. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a severe skin rash.
