What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve pain and inflammation, especially in muscle, joint and bone-related conditions such as arthritis, sprains and other painful musculoskeletal problems.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever through a different action.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed, preferably with or after food, and swallow it with water. Do not take more than the recommended amount or combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or pain-relieving NSAIDs unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache.

Precautions
Tell a healthcare professional if there is a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid or limit alcohol. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe allergic reactions, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or severe skin rash. Use during pregnancy only when specifically advised.
