Mahanac 200 Sr Tablet (20X20X10 T) Aceclofenac 200 Mg Sr Tab By Zuventus

What is it used for?
Aceclofenac is used to relieve pain, swelling and stiffness in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other muscle or joint problems.

How does it work?
It reduces the production of substances called prostaglandins that cause pain, swelling and inflammation.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed, preferably with or after food. Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it. Do not take more than the recommended amount.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache.

Precautions
Avoid taking it with other painkillers of the NSAID type unless advised by a doctor. Tell the doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, asthma triggered by painkillers, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney or liver problems. Avoid use during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless specifically prescribed. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty, chest pain or swelling of the face or legs.
