Mahanac 100 Tablet (20X20X10 T) Aceclofenac 100 Mg Tab By Zuventus

What is it used for?
Aceclofenac is used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions affecting the muscles, joints and bones, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.

How does it work?
It reduces the production of substances called prostaglandins that cause pain, swelling and inflammation.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed, preferably with or after food, and swallow the tablet with water. Do not take more than prescribed or combine it with other painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache.

Precautions
Avoid aceclofenac if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, allergy to aspirin or other NSAID painkillers, or NSAID-triggered asthma, unless specifically advised by a doctor. Inform the doctor about kidney, liver or heart disease, high blood pressure, or use of blood thinners. It should generally be avoided during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a serious skin rash.
