What is it used for?
This prescription skin medicine is used for certain inflamed skin infections involving fungi and, when prescribed, associated bacterial or other susceptible infections. It should be used only for the condition diagnosed by a healthcare professional.

How does it work?
Luliconazole fights fungal infections, while ofloxacin and ornidazole act against certain bacteria and other susceptible organisms. Clobetasol reduces redness, swelling and itching, but it can also mask or worsen an infection if used improperly.

How to take/use it
For external use only. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry affected skin exactly as prescribed. Wash hands before and after use, unless the hands are being treated. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and inside of the nose. Do not cover the area with a tight dressing unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Mild burning, stinging, redness, itching, irritation or dryness at the application site. Prolonged or improper use may cause skin thinning or other steroid-related skin changes.

Precautions
Use only on medical advice, especially on the face, groin, skin folds, children or large areas of skin. Do not use for longer than prescribed or on untreated rashes. Clobetasol may hide or worsen fungal infections. Avoid use on broken skin and keep away from the eyes. Seek medical advice if the infection worsens, spreads or does not improve.
