What is it used for?
Luliconazole cream is used to treat fungal skin infections such as ringworm, jock itch and athlete’s foot.
How does it work?
It stops the growth of fungi by blocking the formation of an essential part of their cell membrane.
How to take/use it
Apply a thin layer to the affected, clean and dry skin as directed by the doctor or pharmacist. For external use only. Wash hands after applying, unless the hands are being treated. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas.
Common side effects
Mild application-site irritation, redness, itching, burning or stinging may occur.
Precautions
Do not use if allergic to luliconazole or any of its ingredients. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and inside of the vagina. Do not apply to broken or severely irritated skin unless advised by a healthcare professional. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.
