What is it used for?
Used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis (hay fever), such as sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy nose, and watery eyes.

How does it work?
Levocetirizine blocks histamine, a substance that causes allergy symptoms. Montelukast blocks leukotrienes, which contribute to allergic inflammation and nasal congestion.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow the tablet with water and do not take more than the recommended amount. This medicine is not a rescue treatment for a sudden asthma attack.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, tiredness, headache, dry mouth, nausea, or stomach discomfort may occur.

Precautions
May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or alcohol until its effect is known. Inform the doctor about kidney disease or other medicines being taken. Stop and seek medical advice if there are serious mood or behaviour changes, disturbing dreams, depression, or thoughts of self-harm. Seek urgent help for breathing difficulty or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.
