Composition:\
Levetiracetam 750 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat certain types of seizures (fits) in epilepsy. It may be used alone or with other anti-seizure medicines, depending on the type of seizures and your doctor's advice.

How to Use:\
Take by mouth exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet with water, with or without food. Take it at the same time each day. Do not stop taking it suddenly, as this may increase the risk of seizures.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have kidney problems or a history of mental health problems, or if you have experienced suicidal thoughts or behaviour. Levetiracetam may cause sleepiness, dizziness or reduced alertness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how the medicine affects you. Do not change the dose or stop treatment without medical advice.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include sleepiness, dizziness, headache, weakness, irritability, agitation and changes in mood or behaviour. Seek immediate medical attention for severe rash, swelling, difficulty breathing, or significant changes in mood or behaviour, including suicidal thoughts.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using levetiracetam. Do not stop the medicine suddenly during pregnancy, as uncontrolled seizures may be harmful.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct heat and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Important Safety Information:\
Take levetiracetam regularly and exactly as prescribed. Do not miss doses. If you forget a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take two doses together. Do not stop treatment abruptly without consulting your doctor.
