Composition:
Rosuvastatin 10 mg + Aspirin 75 mg + Clopidogrel 75 mg per tablet.

Uses:
This combination is used in selected patients at high cardiovascular risk, particularly after certain heart attacks, acute coronary syndromes, or coronary stent procedures. Rosuvastatin lowers LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, while aspirin and clopidogrel are antiplatelet medicines that work together to reduce the formation of harmful blood clots.

How to Use:
Take only as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably at the same time each day. It may be taken with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Do not stop aspirin or clopidogrel on your own, especially after a coronary stent, because premature discontinuation can increase the risk of a serious or potentially fatal blood clot.

Precautions & Warnings:
The combination of aspirin and clopidogrel significantly increases the risk of bleeding. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, bleeding disorders, liver or kidney disease, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:

Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
