Composition:
Rosuvastatin 20 mg + Clopidogrel 75 mg per tablet.

Uses:
Used in patients who need both cholesterol reduction and prevention of harmful blood clots. Rosuvastatin lowers LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, while clopidogrel is an antiplatelet medicine that helps prevent blood clots. It may be prescribed after a heart attack, certain coronary artery conditions, ischemic stroke, or coronary stent placement.

How to Use:
Take only as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Do not stop clopidogrel without medical advice, especially after coronary stent placement, because stopping it can increase the risk of a serious blood clot.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have a history of bleeding or stomach ulcers, liver or kidney disease, or a bleeding disorder. Clopidogrel increases the risk of bleeding. Tell your doctor or dentist that you are taking clopidogrel before surgery or dental procedures. Rosuvastatin can rarely cause serious muscle injury or liver problems.

Possible Side Effects:
Common side effects may include easy bruising, nosebleeds, headache, stomach discomfort, and muscle aches. Seek immediate medical attention for black stools, vomiting blood, unusual or prolonged bleeding, severe muscle pain or weakness, dark urine, or severe allergic reactions.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Rosuvastatin should not be used during pregnancy. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Your doctor will determine the safest treatment.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:
Take this medicine exactly as prescribed. Do not discontinue clopidogrel on your own. Avoid unnecessary NSAID painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac unless approved by your doctor because they can increase bleeding risk. Report unexplained bruising or bleeding. Report unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness promptly, especially if accompanied by dark urine.
