Composition:
Rosuvastatin 10 mg + Aspirin 75 mg per tablet.

Uses:
Used to reduce cardiovascular risk in patients who require both cholesterol lowering and antiplatelet treatment. Rosuvastatin lowers LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, while low-dose aspirin reduces platelet aggregation and helps prevent harmful blood clots. It may be prescribed for established coronary artery disease or after certain cardiovascular events.

How to Use:
Take only as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably at the same time each day. It may be taken with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Do not stop aspirin without medical advice.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have stomach ulcers, previous gastrointestinal bleeding, asthma triggered by aspirin or other NSAIDs, bleeding disorders, liver or kidney disease, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Aspirin increases the risk of bleeding. Rosuvastatin can rarely cause serious muscle injury or liver problems. Tell your doctor or dentist that you take aspirin before surgery or dental procedures.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Rosuvastatin should not be used during pregnancy. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Your doctor will determine the safest treatment.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Do not add other aspirin-containing products or NSAID painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac without consulting your doctor, as this may increase bleeding and stomach-related risks.
