What is it used for?
Used to prevent or treat deficiencies of B-group vitamins and to support nutritional needs when dietary intake is inadequate. It may also support normal energy metabolism, nerve function and red blood cell formation.

How does it work?
The B vitamins help the body release energy from food and support the nervous system and blood cell production. Lysine is an essential amino acid needed for protein synthesis.

How to take/use it
