What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and muscle spasms, such as those associated with muscle or joint injuries and other painful musculoskeletal conditions.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain, while chlorzoxazone relaxes painful muscle spasms.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take more than the prescribed dose or combine it with other medicines containing diclofenac or paracetamol. Avoid alcohol and do not drive if drowsy or dizzy.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and drowsiness.

Precautions
Use only under medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or regular alcohol use. Avoid during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, unless prescribed. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, yellowing of the skin or eyes, breathing difficulty, swelling or a severe skin rash.
