What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve symptoms of piles (haemorrhoids), such as pain, itching, swelling and irritation around the anus.

How does it work?
Lignocaine helps numb pain, while hydrocortisone reduces inflammation and itching. Troxerutin, calcium dobesilate and phenylephrine help reduce swelling and congestion; zinc oxide soothes and protects the skin.

How to take/use it
Use only on the affected anal area and exactly as directed on the product label or by a doctor. Clean and gently dry the area before use, and wash hands before and after application. Do not use it for longer than recommended.

Common side effects
Temporary burning, stinging, itching, irritation or redness at the application site. Prolonged use may cause thinning or other changes in the skin.

Precautions
For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Seek medical advice before use if there is significant bleeding, severe pain, infection, or symptoms that do not improve. People with high blood pressure or heart disease should consult a doctor before use because it contains phenylephrine. Do not use for prolonged periods unless advised by a doctor.
