MRP: ₹ 264.35

Composition:
Glimepiride 1 mg + Metformin 500 mg + Voglibose 0.2 mg per tablet.

Uses:
Used to help control high blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes when diet, exercise, and lifestyle measures alone are not sufficient. It combines three medicines that lower blood glucose through different mechanisms.

How to Use:
Take only as prescribed by your doctor. Take the tablet with or immediately before a meal, according to your prescribed schedule. Swallow it with water and do not skip meals while taking glimepiride. Voglibose is generally taken just before meals. Do not change the dose or stop treatment without medical advice.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease, heart problems, G6PD deficiency, or a history of low blood sugar. Glimepiride can cause hypoglycaemia, especially when meals are skipped or alcohol is consumed. Metformin may rarely cause lactic acidosis, particularly with significant kidney impairment. Voglibose may cause digestive problems such as gas and diarrhoea. Inform your doctor before major surgery, prolonged fasting, or imaging procedures involving iodinated contrast.

Possible Side Effects:
Common side effects may include low blood sugar, nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal discomfort, gas, bloating, indigestion, and headache. Seek immediate medical attention for severe or persistent low blood sugar, difficulty breathing, unusual weakness, persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, or confusion.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Consult your doctor before using this medicine during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant or planning pregnancy, your doctor may recommend an alternative diabetes treatment.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:
Take this medicine exactly as prescribed and follow your recommended diet and exercise plan. Do not skip meals. Keep a quick source of sugar available in case symptoms of low blood sugar occur. If hypoglycaemia occurs, use glucose or dextrose rather than table sugar because voglibose can delay the breakdown of sucrose. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption. Regular monitoring of blood glucose and kidney function may be required.
