What is it used for?
Used to relieve heartburn, acid indigestion and symptoms of acid reflux, such as a burning feeling in the chest or an unpleasant taste caused by stomach acid.

How does it work?
Sodium alginate forms a protective layer that helps prevent stomach contents from flowing back into the food pipe. Sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate help neutralise excess stomach acid.

How to take/use it
Shake the suspension well before use. Take it exactly as directed on the product label or by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended amount. If symptoms continue or keep returning, seek medical advice.

Common side effects
Bloating, nausea, constipation or diarrhoea may occur. Stop use and seek medical advice if troublesome or unusual symptoms develop.

Precautions
