What is it used for?
Used for temporary relief of cough, blocked nose, runny nose and sneezing associated with the common cold.

How does it work?
Dextromethorphan helps suppress coughing. Phenylephrine reduces nasal congestion, while chlorpheniramine helps relieve runny nose and sneezing.

How to take/use it
Take by mouth exactly as directed on the label or by a doctor. Do not take more than recommended or combine with other cough-and-cold medicines containing similar ingredients. Avoid alcohol while using it.

Common side effects
Sleepiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, nervousness and stomach discomfort may occur.

Precautions
This medicine may cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery until its effects are known. Seek medical advice before use if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease, prostate or urination problems, or if taking sedatives or antidepressants. Do not use with monoamine oxidase inhibitor medicines or within 14 days of stopping them. Seek medical help for breathing difficulty, severe palpitations or a persistent or worsening cough.
