What is it used for?
Used for relief of common cold symptoms such as blocked or runny nose, sneezing, fever and body aches.

How does it work?
Paracetamol helps reduce fever and relieve aches. Chlorpheniramine reduces allergy-like symptoms such as runny nose and sneezing, while phenylephrine helps relieve nasal congestion.

How to take/use it
Shake the suspension well before use. Take only as directed on the product label or by a doctor, using a proper measuring device. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or other cold and flu ingredients.

Common side effects
Sleepiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea and headache. Some people may experience palpitations or a rise in blood pressure.

Precautions
May cause drowsiness; avoid driving and alcohol if affected. Consult a doctor before use if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease, glaucoma, difficulty passing urine, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended amount, as excessive paracetamol can seriously damage the liver.
