What is it used for?
Used to relieve cough with phlegm, chest congestion and breathing difficulty caused by narrowed airways. It helps loosen mucus and makes it easier to cough out.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaiphenesin thin and loosen mucus. Terbutaline relaxes the muscles of the airways to help improve breathing, while menthol provides a soothing effect.

How to take/use it
Take or use only as directed by the doctor or the product label. Do not take more than recommended, and use the measuring device provided if it is a liquid. Do not combine with other cough or cold medicines unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach upset, headache, dizziness, nervousness, tremors or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, seizures or an allergy to any ingredient. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek medical help for severe palpitations, worsening breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a serious allergic reaction.
