Esosilver-Dsr Cap (20X10'S) Esomeprazole 40Mg, Domperidone 30Mg by RPG

What is it used for?
Used to relieve acidity, heartburn and acid reflux (GERD) symptoms. It may also help with associated nausea, vomiting or stomach fullness.

How does it work?
Esomeprazole reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Domperidone helps improve movement of the upper digestive tract and may reduce nausea and vomiting.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew it. Do not take more or use it for longer than advised.

Common side effects
Headache, diarrhoea, nausea, stomach pain, constipation, gas or dry mouth may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about heart rhythm problems, heart disease, liver disease, or low potassium or magnesium levels. Domperidone can rarely cause serious heart-rhythm problems, especially with higher doses or certain medicines. Inform the doctor about all medicines being taken, particularly those affecting heart rhythm. Seek medical help for fainting, fast or irregular heartbeat, severe or persistent diarrhoea, vomiting blood or black stools.
