What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of painful muscle, joint and other musculoskeletal conditions associated with muscle spasm, swelling and stiffness.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces pain and inflammation, paracetamol helps relieve pain, and chlorzoxazone helps relax tense muscles.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed. Swallow the tablet with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take other medicines containing diclofenac or paracetamol unless advised by a doctor. Chlorzoxazone may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.

Common side effects
Stomach upset, indigestion, nausea, abdominal pain, dizziness, drowsiness and headache.

Precautions
Tell a doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or regular alcohol use. Avoid alcohol. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or a severe skin rash. Avoid use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless specifically prescribed.
