Esgipyrin - A Tablets (45x10x15's) Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg Tab by Abbott

What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain and inflammation, especially muscle, joint and arthritis-related pain.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever through a different action.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed, preferably with or after food, and swallow with water. Do not take more than the recommended dose or use it for longer than advised. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol or painkillers such as ibuprofen unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache.

Precautions
Tell the healthcare professional if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid alcohol, as it may increase the risk of liver or stomach problems. This medicine may not be suitable during pregnancy, especially the last three months. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
