Elfort Eye Drop (25X5Ml) Bimatoprost 0.03%, Timolol 0.5% Eye Drops By Elder

What is it used for?
Bimatoprost and timolol eye drops are used to lower raised pressure inside the eye in open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. Lowering eye pressure helps protect the optic nerve and reduce the risk of vision loss.

How does it work?
Timolol reduces the production of fluid inside the eye. Bimatoprost increases the drainage of this fluid, helping lower eye pressure.

How to take/use it
Use only as prescribed by the ophthalmologist. Wash hands, avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or other surfaces, and close the eye gently after applying the drop. Remove contact lenses before use and reinsert them only as directed. If using other eye drops, separate them as advised by the doctor. Do not stop treatment without medical advice.

Common side effects
Eye redness, irritation, itching, dryness, watering, temporary blurred vision, headache, and increased eyelash growth. Darkening of the skin around the eye or the iris may occur with bimatoprost.

Precautions
Tell the doctor before use if there is asthma or other breathing disease, a slow heartbeat, heart block, heart failure, low blood pressure, diabetes, or other eye disease. Timolol may rarely affect breathing or heart rate and may mask some signs of low blood sugar. Inform the doctor about all medicines and other eye drops being used. Avoid driving until blurred vision clears. Seek urgent medical help for breathing difficulty, fainting, severe dizziness, or a serious allergic reaction.
