Dorzol T Eye Drops (25X5Ml) Dorzolamide 2%, Timolol 0.5% Eye Drops By Elder

What is it used for?
Dorzolamide and timolol eye drops are used to reduce raised pressure inside the eye in conditions such as open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Lowering eye pressure helps protect the optic nerve and reduce the risk of vision loss.

How does it work?
Dorzolamide reduces the formation of fluid inside the eye, while timolol also lowers fluid production. Together, they help reduce pressure in the eye.

How to take/use it
Use only in the affected eye(s) and exactly as prescribed. Wash hands before use and avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any surface. Remove contact lenses before applying the drops and follow the product instructions about when to replace them. Do not stop treatment without medical advice. Temporary blurred vision may occur, so avoid driving until vision is clear.

Common side effects
Temporary burning or stinging, blurred vision, watery or dry eyes, eye irritation, a bitter taste, headache, tiredness, dizziness, or a slow heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor before use if there is asthma or chronic breathing disease, a slow heartbeat, heart block, heart failure, low blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, or an allergy to dorzolamide, timolol, or sulfonamide medicines. Timolol can affect breathing and heart rate even when used as eye drops. Seek urgent medical help for breathing difficulty, fainting, severe dizziness, marked slowing of the heartbeat, or swelling of the face or eyes.
