What is it used for?
This combination is used to relieve migraine headache and associated nausea or vomiting.

How does it work?
Naproxen reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Domperidone helps control nausea and vomiting and may improve the absorption of naproxen.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Swallow with water, preferably with or after food, to reduce stomach irritation. Do not take it with other naproxen, ibuprofen, diclofenac or similar painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dry mouth, dizziness or headache. Naproxen may rarely cause stomach ulcers or bleeding.

Precautions
Do not use without medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or allergy to aspirin or other NSAID painkillers. Domperidone may affect heart rhythm; inform the doctor about heart problems or medicines that affect heart rhythm. Avoid during pregnancy, particularly after 20 weeks and in the last trimester, unless specifically prescribed. Seek urgent help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, chest discomfort, fainting or an allergic reaction.
