Diclotech SP (10x10) Diclofenac 50 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15mg by Csc

What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling, such as in muscle, joint, dental or other painful inflammatory conditions, when prescribed by a doctor.

How does it work?
Diclofenac and paracetamol help reduce pain, while diclofenac also reduces inflammation. Serratiopeptidase may help reduce swelling associated with inflammation.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed. Taking it with or after food may help reduce stomach irritation. Do not take more than the prescribed dose or combine it with other medicines containing diclofenac, paracetamol or similar painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache may occur. Stop the medicine and seek medical help for signs of stomach bleeding, severe allergy or breathing difficulty.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, bleeding problems or allergy to painkillers. Use caution with blood thinners and before surgery. Avoid excessive alcohol. This medicine may not be suitable during pregnancy, especially in the last three months, unless specifically prescribed.
